Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to individuals with identified behavioral health needs.
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments alongside individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with non-physician providers for comprehensive psychiatric treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters, including contact attempts.
- Reassess patients regularly to update and refine treatment plans as necessary.
- Utilize expertise in a broad range of psychotherapeutic modalities, with a keen focus on childhood disorders.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution.
- Current Texas License as an LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT.
- Bilingual or Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred to better serve our diverse community.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in psychotherapy, demonstrating aptitude in a clinical setting.
- A Ph.D. in specialty will afford additional CME/CEU stipend benefits, aligning with Legacy's commitment to educational advancement.
